All owners of commercial property in Perkasie are eligible to apply for a matching grant matching grants up to $1,500 through the Façade Improvement Grant Program. The money, which does not have to be repaid, can be used for 50 percent of the cost to renovate, remodel or revive facades and storefronts. Eligible projects include awnings, landscaping, lighting and painting. Signs are not included.
