Board members serve two-year terms and are elected on a rotating basis of five one year and four the next. Any member interested in running for a seat on the board should contact Secretary Kim Weichel for more information.

Committee Assignments

Membership: Josh Moser, Chair
• Responsibilities: to recruit new members for the organization, organize grand openings/ribbon-cutting events, and answer member questions.

Events: Open
• Responsibilities: to plan and execute the organization’s main events.

Marketing: Joe Ferry, Chair
• Responsibilities: to support other committee chairs in their activities through advertising and public relations and to utilize strategic marketing tactics to position Perkasie Borough as a viable location for new businesses.

Façade Grants: Mike Engard
• Responsibilities: to review grant applications for eligibility and completeness, to verify the work has been done according to standards, and to ensure payment of all invoices.

Economic Development: Bill Barnish/Neil Schwant
• Responsibilities: to investigate all opportunities for grants that enhance the borough’s opportunity to attract and retain businesses.

The Perkasie Olde Towne Association Board of Directors meets on the first Friday of every month at 8:30 a.m. in the upstairs conference room at QNB, 607 W. Chestnut Street. Changes to the meeting schedule will be made at least 48 hours in advance. All members are invited to attend Board of Directors meetings.
